The Empower network call was amazing as always!! After the
call, I began thinking about motivation. What makes us want to succeed? What
drives us, what makes us want to give up the 9-5 and all the overtime that is
required to make a living these days?? Why do we spend so much time at work and
away from our families? I think we have been programmed that way our
whole lives, that was the thing to do.. Then I think something happens, something
so bad or upsetting that you start to look at other options. For me personally,
it was working all the time, all the overtime and still not being to pay all
the bills. I had worked so many jobs, so many hours to get by and here I was,
not able to pay all the bills, not able to pay my tuition and not able to take
my grand-kids on a vacation that I had planned for over a year. Then I got
mad!! Then, I decided that there had to be another way...I was spending all my
life making a living, but not being able to live!! I began looking for other
ways to make income from home so that I could spend more time with my
grand-kids, I had worked so much and missed so much of my kids lives. This led
me to MCA, to get the dream back and my life!!
